We offer time, inspiration, and artistic stimulation.

At Onassis Foundation, we invest in people. We invest in human relationships, in an offbeat way of looking at things, and in processes that enable interaction between people of diverse backgrounds and practices.
The Onassis AiR Fellowships bring together visual artists, curators, makers, writers, thinkers, and dance and theater artists from Greece and around the world.
Some Fellows join the residency through collaborations with partner institutions and through European and international networks, while others develop research or artistic experiments within the framework of their collaboration with Onassis Culture.
During their time in the program, they may engage in fieldwork or archival research in Greece and abroad, have access to studio or rehearsal spaces, or receive support for their presence in international contexts such as festivals and residencies.
Alongside Fellows from other strands of the program, they form a dynamic network of creative practitioners – one that bridges local and global dialogues, and that we continuously seek to expand and evolve.
