Participate along with your students in the most Hi-Tech Panhellenic student competition. «Hack» touring maps, get to know imaginary worlds, and claim prize money and equipment for your school.
Groups of students from state and private schools are invited to choose one or more cartographic exhibits, and to connect them with historical events, myths, or imaginary stories. They will draw their inspiration from touring maps and imaginary illustrations of Greece (cities, seas and broader regions) from the 16th to 20th century, which are part of the collections of the Onassis Foundation, General Archives of the State, Cartographic Heritage Archives / Historical Archives of Macedonia, as well as of other foundations, museums, and libraries.
New technologies, riddles, and symbols come together in a multimedia competition, drawing its inspiration from incredible accounts written by foreign travelers. Groups of students are invited to create a digital game, a digital story, or virtual and/or augmented reality applications.
