Ploipailin Flynn
Ploipailin is a researcher and strategist focusing on building radically equitable and anti-racist businesses and technologies.
She serves as a founding organizer of AIxDESIGN, a global community of critical AI researchers, designers, and creative technologists working in the open, using participatory, intersectionally feminist, and antiracist approaches to conducting critical AI design research for people (not-for-profit), and antiracistby.design, a space to create and share open-source resources that help build products and organizations that are antiracist by design. She is also an Associate Lecturer at Central Saint Martins, University of the Arts London.
