Stavros Kougioumtzis

The second event in the Greek Song Cycle is dedicated to the great composer, Stavros Kougioumtzis (1932-2005). Embarking on his recording career in the early nineteen sixties, he left behind an extremely creative body of work embodying the finest elements of Greek popular song. The concert will feature Greek premiere performances of works from salient points in his career.
