A workshop to show us that thanks to new technologies we can change an Onassis Library book into an e-book.

Will e-books win over their paper brothers? Who knows? What is certain is that digital editions are growing, enriched with interactive material. Because digital editions can now include sound files and records, and links to digital platforms to enrich and broaden the text.

In this workshop, we will choose a book from the digital archive of the Onassis Library, based on which we will learn about the electronic tools and programs that will help us enrich the edition with interactive material and turn it into an e-book. It will be an opportunity to develop your skills so that you can prepare electronic editions for your school and see if this might be an interesting occupation for you in the future.
