Dance pioneer Anne Teresa de Keersmaeker joins forces with Boris Charmatz, the leading light of the younger generation of dance-makers.

Dance pioneer Anne Teresa de Keersmaeker joins forces with Boris Charmatz, the leading light of the younger generation of dance-makers. The two share an irrepressible desire to dance, a love for choreographed structure, and a need for the freedom of improvisation.

As the superb violinist Amandine Beyer plays J.S. Bach’s Partita No.2 on stage, the two dancers explore its living architecture together and invite us to share in their passion for movement in a performance in which we see music and hear dance.
