For a third year running, this world is creating life-saving superheroes. Through simple stories and the characters of Orgamites, primary school children learn about their bodies as well as the ways in which organ donation can change the world.

What are the major organs inside the human body? What is their function? How can we best look after them? How can a doctor replace an organ when it is not functioning properly? These difficult questions turn into fascinating stories through the characters of the Orgamites, designed specifically for children and we can find them in the educational material included in the actions and interventions of the Primary Healthcare Programs of the Hellenic Ministry of Health for the school year 2023-24 (thematic area 19).

The concepts of transplantation and organ donation become topics for discussion among children, their parents, and their teachers. Hope is born in primary school classrooms. More and more people can learn to take care of their bodies, as well as realize the importance of organ donation. For a world full of life-saving superheroes!
