Introduction

Through the Panhellenic Contests for Schoolchildren, organized by the Onassis Foundation, school groups in Primary and Secondary education can explore new ideas and develop their imaginations and creativity by means of open technologies, innovation, art, and history.

The winning school teams

On the occasion of the completion of the "Hack the Art: Yiannoulis Halepas" Panhellenic Competition for Schoolchildren, which focused on the life and work of the famous Greek sculptor, you will have the opportunity to meet online the winning school teams; they will present their digital works and share their experience of participating in the competition for two full hours.

The new competition
This year, the Open Technologies Alliance (GFOSS) will host the 6th Panhellenic Open Technologies in Education Competition in partnership with the Onassis Foundation. The focus of the competition is on Artificial Intelligence (AI), with the aim of helping students understand what AI is and how it works so that they can explore the possibilities offered by this new technology.

Discover everything you need to know about the challenges and opportunities of using new technologies in education by learning more about the new competition, viewing the program, and signing up.
