Introduction

Dialogue doesn’t always need words. It can also occur with hugs, sounds, movement and play for the whole family.

In this workshop, 12-month to 2-year-old infants enter a room along with their parents, in which materials and stimuli are gradually presented and motivate the senses and reflexes of the children.

The children play freely, experiment, try steps and movements, while being constantly surrounded by the safe arms of the parents and the group.

In the last session of each cycle, a guest musician, a visual artist and a dancer, along with the facilitator of the workshop and dancer Sania Strimbakou, will transform the familiar space of the workshop into an imaginative set, inspired by the cycle.

There, the younger and older participants will reside initially as audience and they will be gradually driven to move, spontaneously shaping the show plot, as co-creators of a magical artistic experience.

The workshop will take place in five cycles, with five respective themes.
Each theme lasts four Sundays.
The three Sundays will have the form of a workshop and the fourth Sunday that of a show.
It is essential to attend all meetings of each thematic unit.
A family can attend one or two thematic units.
