In its 9th year, Borderline travels from Beirut to Athens and explores the musical avant-gardes that unite east and west.

This international festival, which questions borders and boundaries of all sorts, continues for its 9th year to expand our aural horizons. This year, in collaboration with the Irtijal Festival of experimental music in Beirut and with its gaze turned toward both East and West, Borderline presents yet another adventurous program both at the Onassis Stegi and beyond.

The festival includes collaborations between Greek and foreign artists, installations, dj sets, screenings and talks that explore contemporary, experimental trends in music and sound art experimentation and the interplay between the random and the prepared, and between musicians and audience as well, central to all the festival's events.
