Anna feels like her life is slipping through her hands. A ticket to a music school in Paris might be the last chance to pursue her dream, but her self-destructive alcoholic father stands in her way.

The film was awarded the 2nd Prize in the La Cinef competition at the 77th Cannes Film Festival. Also, that same year, it was awarded the Best Student Film Iris Award by the Hellenic Film Academy. At its national premiere, in the student competition of the 46th Drama International Short Film Festival, Nikos Kolioukos won the Best Director Award, while Marina Siotou won the Best Leading Actress Award. “The Chaos She Left Behind” was officially selected at the 30th Sarajevo International Film Festival.
