The mesmerizing live-simulation video is based on the computer’s archiving algorithm and depicts a pigeon in aggressive pursuit of a pretzel, demonstrating the never-ending cycle of greed and self-serving conduct. The work was initially presented at the Onassis Birds’ Festival in New York in May 2018 and now opens its wings to the rest of the world.

A pretzel is punished to get eaten by a pigeon for eternity.
The pretzel, a reconfiguration of the infinity symbol ∞ was cursed by the gods to eternal torture. A pigeon, the tiny but worthy descendant of dinosaurs who once ruled the earth, was selected to execute the punishment. A third actor is implied, a cunning handheld camera, the eye of the beholder. Is it human or is it the computer that has to run this piece forever?
