Christos Papadopoulos | Ion
1-4.02.2018
How “I” become “WE” in nature, in the animal kingdom, in society? Sebastian Anthony, the editor of Ars Technica UK is joined by choreographer Christos Papadopoulos, academic Dr Seirian Sumner from the UCLUniversity College London Biodiversity and Enviromental Research Department of Genetics, psychologist and Onassis Foundation scholar Sissi Lykou and SHOWstudio's features editor Lara Johnson-Wheeler to discuss kinetic behaviour and movement in nature and contemporary society, as inspired by Papadopoulos's dance piece, “Ion”. Out there, we are all ions after all, in electrically charged orbits.
