Elena Pittarokoili

Elena Pittarokoili is a dedicated professional at the intersection of data science and education technology. Growing up in a family of educators, Elena realized early on that education correlates with every outcome she cares about. This understanding fueled her drive to leverage technology and data to enhance learning efficiency and help humanity achieve its fullest learning potential.

Elena holds a Master of Science in Data Science & Education from Stanford University, graduating with a perfect GPA of 4.0. She received numerous prestigious awards, including the Onassis Foundation Scholarship and the Stanford Graduate School of Education fellowship. Her studies focused on causal inference, natural language processing, and experimental research designs. Elena also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management Science and Technology from the Athens University of Economics and Business, where she graduated top of her class.


Her career in education technology includes roles such as Graduate Researcher at Stanford Graduate School of Business, where she analyzed large-scale experiments to estimate the impact of online educational credentials on employability. She has also contributed to efficacy research at GoGuardian and provided data-driven insights as a Data Analytics Consultant for Stanford Digital Education.

Currently, Elena works as an Analytics Engineer at Age of Learning, one of the most well-funded educational technology companies in the US, where she enhances educational products used by 200,000 students across 35 states. Additionally, Elena is a key member of the GenAI Summit SouthEast Europe organizing team, contributing significantly to the GenAI track in Education.
