Support Innovative Practices In Inclusive Dance Education

How can we boost access to culture for people with disabilities?

Continuing its involvement in this area, which began three years ago with the Unlimited Access project, the Onassis Stegi is striving to make the self-evident possible in creative partnership with the Holland Dance Festival (Netherlands), the Skånes Dansteater (Sweden) and the Stopgap Dance Company (UK).

Determined to overcome the obstacles which people with disabilities face, the European iDance program is staging educational dance workshops for mixed groups of people both with and without disabilities. The program aims to bolster skills and to facilitate the development, transfer and implementation of innovative practices relating to the opening up of culture through dance. iDance, weallDance.
