How does music become a means of inclusivity and communication? A unique educational program that introduces parents and children to the magical world of music through creative and entertaining activities.
A music workshop full of sound and rhythm aiming to develop team spirit, to encourage self-expression, to promote social skills, and to support emotional growth. Musicians, special education teachers, parents, and children get to know each other, play, and sing, in a safe environment. Through experience and creativity, the workshop aims to enable children with and without Autism Spectrum Disorder to release their potential and become part of the team.
Each child must be accompanied only by one parent. In some occasions, participation of first-degree relatives, such as siblings, may be allowed.
The first meeting of each cycle is only addressed to the parents who will be accompanying their children to the workshop.
Participation to all meetings of the cycle is mandatory.
Participation is free following online registration. Submitting an online application does not guarantee participation in the program.
Participation will be decided on a first-come first-served basis.
