A lecture about the history, the content of the book collection, and the scope of the Onassis Library.

Participants will learn the history and the objectives of the Onassis Library.
The analysis of the process and the rationale of the main collections of the Onassis Library will highlight its historical significance for the preservation of the Hellenic cultural heritage.
Particular emphasis will be given to publications and manuscripts of special artistic and spiritual value.
