For a tenth week, the Onassis Foundation digital channel on YouTube presents archive and new productions from its wide scope of actions: from Suzanne Kennedy and the collaboration with the Munich Kammerspiele to Simon Critchley, from encounters driven by Cavafy poems to new radio productions and travel accounts.

A new alternative digital model of extroversion has already come into orbit. The productions of Stegi travel digitally around the world and major artists from abroad appear on the digital stage of Stegi. The Trojan Women by Euripides, directed by Theodoros Terzopoulos and presented at the Ancient Theater of Delphi, had their American digital premiere on the PBS “ALL ARTS” hub, as part of the tribute to the Greek director. Azas & Tsinikoris’ Clean City, the production of Stegi that best showcases its extroversion, premiered on the website of Kammerspiele last week for 24 hours.

From June 10, at 21:00 greek time and for 48 hours, a Chekov from the future premieres live on the YouTube digital channel of the Onassis Foundation: the Three Sisters of the great Russian author, directed by Susanne Kennedy, encased in a space-time capsule, will be presented digitally, with English and Greek subtitles, confirming the consistent collaboration of Stegi with the Munich Kammerspiele.

From Friday, June 5, new Radiophonics will be made available as well, in the new series of original radio productions which are added every Friday on the Digital Channel, while from Saturday, June 6, Simon Critchley, with three new podcasts of the series titled Apply-Degger – An Analysis of Heidegger’s Thought in “Being and Time”, argues that the encounter with this work can change a person’s life.

From Sunday, June 7, the Cavafy Archive keeps on immersing us into the unique world of the Alexandrian poet C. P. Cavafy, thanks to the program Seven Poems, Seven Lessons, analyzing one poem at a time (this week the poem “Simeon” is presented), while from Tuesday, June 9, the Onassis Library presents sightseeing books of its collection as an evolving aesthetics of the concept of space in the lecture Travelling as an Experience and Recording.
