Maria Diakopanagiotou

Maria Diakopanagiotou (b. 1982) is an actress and this is her debut DIY documentary film.
She has been a ballet dancer for twelve years, practicing the Vaganova method. Most recently, she featured on Yannis Kakleas’ musical “Chicago.” Maria has performed at Epidaurus, the National Theater of Greece etc. Most notable performances: “Golfo,” “Operetta,” “Decameron,” “The Birds,” “One-way Ticket,” “Crime and Punishment,” “Flantro,” “The Killing Game.”
She has also appeared in the feature films “Xenia” directed by Panos Koutras, “Nyfes” (Brides) by Pantelis Voulgaris, and “Magic Skin” by Kostas Samaras.
But, for her, the most important is that she is the ‘mother’ of Noba, a mongrel female Malinois dog.
