Giulia Cugnasca

Giulia Cugnasca is a Cultural Manager with +15 years of experience in the creative and design industry. Over the past few years, she has covered the roles of project manager, cultural programmer, business developer, and content creator in many cultural institutions.

She has a proven track record of hybrid spaces ideation, creation and management, coordinating programs and teams, design, event management, curating, and festivals.

She has worked at BASE Milano since its inception in 2015 helping define its positioning and functions, building the teams, and creating the program and its community. BASE Milano is one of the most renowned urban regeneration centers in Italy running projects of cross-pollination among arts, enterprises, technology, and social innovation.

Since 2019, she has been the Operations Director of BASE Milano and she is responsible for its economic and strategic purposes.
