2nd Transplant Masterclass: <br>"Organ donors at the heart of transplantation"

From December 16 to 18, the 2nd Transplant Masterclass - the first one with physical participation - will be the hotspot, where innovation and best practices meet clinical research and medical developments in organ donation and transplantation. The future in transplantation is here.

Detection and evaluation of the suitability of a potential donor, assessment of the transplant suitability, brain death, approaching the families of potential donors, the stages of the coordination process, the setup of the donation surgery and the transportation of transplants are but a few of the extremely important topics to be addressed during the 2nd Transplant Masterclass, which aims to become a benchmark in this new era for organ donation and transplantation in Greece.

The 2nd Transplant Masterclass is an initiative of the Onassis Foundation taking place under the scientific auspices of the National Transplant Organization and the Hellenic Transplantation Society.
