Vassilis Kalamakis
Vassilis Kalamakis was born in Piraeus in 1976 and studied Film Directing at the private college AKMI in Athens and at Queen Margaret University, Edinburgh (BA). He has founded the production company Grumpy Gorilla Films and is currently developing his feature film debut, part of which is the short “The Student.” The script of his feature, entitled “Anti,” has been awarded by the Scriptwriters Guild of Greece, has successfully participated at MFI Script 2 Film Workshop, and was officially selected at the competition of Cinemed’s Development Fund at Montpellier.
