Nidia Medina

Nidia Medina (she/her/hers) is a freelance theater producer and artist in New York City currently serving as Associate Artistic Director at INTAR Theatre. Recent positions include Artistic Development Consultant for WP Theater and Interim Producing Director at The TEAM. Other producing positions include being a Line Producer at The Public Theater, Associate Producer and Director of the Studio at Theatre for a New Audience, Special Projects Producer at WP Theater, Associate Producer at INTAR, and more. She has been producing and working in many aspects of NYC non-profit theater for almost 17 years!

In addition to all that, sometimes she writes and performs, sometimes she is asked to help curate programs and artistic happenings, sometimes she has to produce a film, sometimes she gets to sit on grant panels. She's the kind of gal who can do a lot of things. She holds a BFA in Acting from Emerson College and a Master’s degree in Arts and Cultural Management from Pratt Institute.
