Magda Giannikou

Magda Giannikou is a Greek-born, New York-raised composer, performer, producer, arranger, and multi-instrumentalist. Her music, mainly through her internationally acclaimed music group Banda Magda, combines elements of world music, jazz, film music, and storytelling. She is currently working on a tetralogy of music and visual art dedicated to changing seasons and nature preservation while leading the Contemporary Performance & Production Master’s Program at Berklee Valencia, Spain.
