Kasia Molga

Kasia Molga has refused to be labeled―design fusionist, artist, environmentalist, or creative coder; she is driven by a curiosity about how design, science, and technology intersect and how art can reveal stories embedded in those intersections. Predominantly focusing on the ever-changing human relation to and perception of natural environments more than human fellow ‘earthlings.’ For over two decades, Kasia has sought ways to convey the notion of collaboration with nature.

Kasia is the founder and director of Studio Molga Ltd., where, aside from her art practice, she heads a team of creative technologists and architects delivering socially engaged commissions and educational projects.

Her work has been exhibited worldwide, most notably at Centre Pompidou (FR), Tate Modern (UK), V&A Museum (UK), Ars Electronica (AT), Meta.Morf (NO), Translife Media Arts Triennial (Beijing, CN), MIS (São Paulo, BR), and Dutch Design Week (NL). She has also received many international awards, grants, and residencies, including the STARTS EU Residency.
