Ilirida Musaraj
Ilirida Musaraj is the coordinator of the Albanian Migration Archive (Contemporary Social History Archives – ASKI), funded by the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Public Humanities Initiative at Columbia University. She is a PhD candidate at the Department of Sociology, University of Athens. Her thesis concerns identity formation in the “second generation” of Albanian immigrants in Greece. She has graduated from the Department of Political Science and Public Administration and holds a Master’s degree in Political Science and Sociology. She has been active in movements for the rights of migrants and refugees. Her research interests include migration, identities, and political parties.
