Antonis Rouvelas

Antonis Rouvelas has received important awards and scholarships and has been commissioned to compose in Greece and abroad (Athens State Orchestra, Musikfabrik, Schallfeld, DissonArt etc.). His interests include multimedia art, improvisation, light design, and oriental music. He studied composition with Dimitris Papageorgiou at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, where he is currently conducting his PhD, and is a graduate of the postgraduate composition program at the University of Music and Performing Arts in Graz with Beat Furrer.
