This synergy has resulted in the launch of a two-month fellowship program that supports projects that emerge at the intersections of culture, technology, and human experience. The Onassis AiR/ONX Fellows explore alternative possibilities, question established boundaries, reimagine history, and challenge dominant narratives. Their projects relate to technology as a medium and a theme, with a key focus on how it challenges existing notions of subjectivity, public and private institutions, identity, and the commons.

Most of the proposed works lie within the realm of art and advanced technologies using media such as artificial intelligence, XR/VR/AR and analog immersive experiences, games, spatial computing, hardware sculptures, zombie technologies, and robots. Also, as part of this collaboration, Onassis AiR Fellows working with new and immersive technologies will have the opportunity to visit Onassis ONX's studios in New York to develop prototypes and experiment with new aspects of their projects.
