The Onassis Group is committed to operating across its range of activities, in accordance with the rules of morality and integrity, adhering to the current legislative framework and striving to maintain high standards of corporate governance, transparency and trust.
Thus, the Onassis Group encourages its people to report any wrongdoing, violations and generally acts or omissions that are against the law, that come to their attention and are related to the activities of the Onassis Group, in order for the Onassis Group to be able to take appropriate measures in a timely manner.
In the Whistleblowing Reporting Handbook, you can find information on what areas fall under the scope of the Onassis Group Open Reporting – Whistleblowing procedure and how to submit a report. Reports can be submitted either by name or anonymously. In any case, the confidentiality of the reports is ensured.
To facilitate the reporting procedure, the Onassis Group has developed the Onassis Group - Open Reporting Platform, which ensures confidentiality.
Please note that the Onassis Group Open Reporting – Whistleblowing procedure does not apply to complaints related to personal cases or disagreements of interpersonal nature.
No individual will suffer any adverse consequences for raising a concern and the Onassis Group will not tolerate any retaliation against those that chose to voice a concern.
The Onassis Group is committed to providing protection against retaliation or other unfair treatment to persons who report breaches, while demonstrating zero tolerance for those who prevent or attempt to prevent someone from submitting a report or expressing a concern.
Individuals who seek advice, raise a concern and report any violations will always be recognised for having taken the right action.
