Introduction

Learn how to make an e-book step by step and transform books of the past through contemporary technologies. A workshop that turns the rare books of Onassis Library into digital ones.

Digital publications are constantly increasing and are enriched with interactive material. You too can become the digital publisher of your favorite book.

In this workshop you and your classmates will chose a book from the digital archive of the Onassis Library. Through it, you will learn all the secret electronic tools and programs that will enable you to turn this into an e-book.

In this way, you will add sound archives and documents to the book of your own choice, referring to webpages and electronic platforms through links. In other words, you can add to your publication whatever you think is missing from the original.

Requirements

Each selected school team will take part in a three-hour workshop.

Application and Selection Procedure
