For secondary students

You and your schoolmates can create your own theatre group and produce your own show. Cry out loud, express your rebelliousness, and speak out about all the things that concern you. Your vehicle? The Onassis Youth Festival, your own festival.

These three hours will be the best hours of your week.

These three hours will be the best hours of your week. We can guarantee that. That will be your rehearsal time. You will be working with directors coming to your school from October to April to work along with you and your schoolmates and help you build your own show.

Together you will explore great theatrical texts, improvise and practise, learn techniques that actors and directors use in the theatre and most of all, you will bring your own ideas and work on them together until you shape your own show.

So, boost your rehearsals with your spirit, your rebelliousness, your thoughts and passions, because there is no censorship here, just room for you to express yourselves. By the end of the year, you and your schoolmates will come to the Onassis Stegi and present your performance on the Upper Stage. Oh yes, you are the great stars of the Onassis Youth Festival.
