Kristė Savė, Onassis AiR Fellow through the Dramaturgy Fellowship for the 2024/25 season, is hosting a seminar on international collaboration and touring addressed to performing arts professionals.

In this 2-hour seminar, Kristė Savė will share her experience as the Artistic Director of Vilnius International Theatre Festival Sirenos and Head of the Artistic Department at the Lithuanian National Drama Theatre.
She will discuss the toolkits, resources, and possibilities for young and emerging performing arts professionals to start an international career.
Kristė Agota Savė is a performing arts manager and producer based in Lithuania. Currently, she is Head of the Artistic Management Department at the Lithuanian National Drama Theatre, taking care of not only artistic planning but also educational programs and international cooperation (since 2017). At the same time, she works as Artistic Director of the Vilnius International Theatre Festival Sirenos (since 2019).
With a degree in languages and arts management, she started her career in performing arts by working at Menų spaustuvė (Arts Printing House), the first independent performing arts center in Lithuania. She also co-founded the artistic NGO “Artscape” in 2011, which has since been working on the crossroads of social cohesion and arts. In 2021, she was one of the founders of Teatro informacijos centras (Theater Information Centre Lithuania), working internationally to represent the young generation of Lithuanian theater artists. Kristė was a lecturer on arts management at Lithuania Music and Theater Academy between 2013–2015. Her other professional interests include working as a dramaturg and translator, whereas in her free time, she loves painting. Kristė Agota Savė is an Onassis AiR Fellow for 2024/25 through the Dramaturgy Fellowship.
