Virtual Tickets

By purchasing a virtual ticket, you acknowledge and accept the present special terms and conditions for virtual tickets, which are supplementary to the general terms and conditions for tickets at STEGI. Thus, in case you do not agree with any of these special or general terms you should refrain from purchasing a virtual ticket for any LIVE STREAM or on demand event of STEGI.

In addition, by purchasing a virtual ticket you hereby confirm that you are above the age limit set for each particular event, as such age limit is indicated in the information section of the respective event on STEGI website.

Each screening code is linked to an e-mail address and can only be used once. If multiple members of your household plan to simultaneously watch the virtual event, you only need to purchase one ticket—the access link that this ticket entitles you to, will allow you to view the event on up to three (3) devices in your household for tjhree (3) times total, until 30.03.2022 at 23:59 UTC+2. You may watch or access the LIVE STREAM from up to three (3) devices with one single ticket from any place worldwide. You cannot start, stop and resume watching the Live Stream or recorded LIVE STREAM, if you close your browser. In order to resume watching, the browser window must remain open.

Access to the LIVE STREAM or the recorded LIVE STREAM through this virtual ticket is only for private use not for further commercial retransmission or public streaming or commercial use in any way.

Once you have purchased your ticket(s), you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Ticket confirmations will be sent by our ticket provider, TicketMaster. You may purchase TICKETS , until 15.03.2022 at 19:30 UTC+2 in order to tune in live, or if you miss it, watch the recorded LIVE STREAM UNTIL 30.03.2022 at 23:59 UTC+2. After 30.03.2022 at 23:59 UTC+2, the recorded event shall no longer be available so even if not used, your virtual ticket shall be no longer valid and you shall not be entitled to a refund.

Live Stream is subject to time constrains (start and end date and time, event duration) as detailed on your ticket and confirmation e-mail. In case you access the Live Stream with a delay, you shall only be allowed to watch the LIVE STREAM event for its remaining duration and shall not have access to the part of the event already live streamed.

Cancellation of your purchase, return of the tickets and refund of the amount paid is only available until 30 minutes ahead of the scheduled start of the LIVE STREAM or until you initiate on demand the recorded LIVE STREAM. After such time, no cancellation, return or refund is allowed.

In order to access and watch the event in best quality for streaming or on demand you will need:

You are solely and exclusively responsible for securing the necessary software (standard web browser, latest versions of Chrome, Firefox or Safari), internet connection and infrastructure for the LIVE STREAM, all of which affects its quality.

STEGI is not responsible for any deficient technological or software infrastructure on your end as viewer, any inadequate internet access speed or other technical difficulties that you may encounter while watching the LIVE STREAM, for which you are solely and exclusively responsible.

The content of the LIVE STREAM and of any recorded on demand video on our website constitutes intellectual property of STEGI and the artists/speakers/participants involved. Thus any recording by technical means, reproduction, presentation to the public, retransmission, subtitling, making available, downloading, licensing or commercial/public use of the LIVE STREAM in any way or form is strictly forbidden. In case of breach of the present term in any way, STEGI is entitled to proceed to legal actions against you or any other party involved in such infringement.

If the event scheduled for LIVE STREAM is postponed due to severe technical problems on STEGI’s end, due to weather conditions or force majeure events, there will be an announcement from STEGI for a reschedule on a new date and time with the same virtual tickets. If the event is permanently cancelled for any of the above reasons, there will be an announcement on the process of refund.
