“Erotos Apotelesmata” (The Results of Love), an anonymous author's work, is a historic document which has been considered as the first artistic prose creation of Modern Greek Literature. It consists of a dedication, a preamble and three stories in prose which are penetrated by forty-four “poems”.

This book was a really publishing success.

“Erotos Apotelesmata” should be placed necessarily in the context of the time and the place where it was issued and belongs to the Greek intellectuals of diaspora, which were permeated by the ideas of the European Enlightenment.
