Valia Tsirigoti
Valia Tsirigoti is a sociologist, specialized in Mental Health and Culture (ΜA in Education and Culture).
She has a diverse training experience in Cognitive Psychotherapy, Addiction Counseling, Psychodrama and Systemic Therapy, and Gender-Sensitive Counseling, while she has attended various trainings regarding art as a means for emotional development and psychosocial intervention.
Valia is a manager of the social cooperative ‘Diaplous’ Psychosocial Support Group, whose aim is the work reintegration of individuals with psychosocial issues. She also works as a freelance research associate of the Panteion University’s program “Censorship in Visual Arts and Film,” and leads workshops for children and adults.
