Ronny Skevis

Ronny Skevis grew up in a small town near the Italian-French border. “Being surrounded by mountain landscapes, while growing up, played a huge role in my influences as a photographer and videographer, and snowboarding became a big passion from an early age. Moving with my parents in Greece was a game changer, but led me to discover other things like skateboarding, surfing, and bicycles, and through magazines and videos I became almost obsessed by all this ‘individual’ sports culture, leading to an indispensable need to document all the above through photography and videography, something that came out of my system quite naturally.” Currently based in Αthens, Ronny has worked in various projects for magazines, advertising agencies, brands, energy drinks, and events. Along with a talented group of friends, they have formed a creative collective called aqu and they also run an independent online magazine called saboteur-mag.
