Petros Kartsimadakis

As the project coordinator of Trofý.Lab, Petros Kartsimadakis is an explorer of the journey of food from farm to table; together with a multi-disciplinary synergy of agroecology, they develop ergonomic and digital applications for the primary sector, while spending their time in farms and fields around Greece and Europe. Their vision is to connect Earth and appropriate technology – respectful towards nature – and enhance human affiliation with the soil, aiming to create sustainable urban and peri-urban food systems and local-scale food supply chains.
