Nina Dipla

Nina Dipla is a dancer, choreographer, and actress. She has lived for fourteen years in Germany (Essen and Wuppertal), where she studied under Pina Bausch. She has worked with various choreographers (Bausch, Susanne Linke, Daniel Goldin, Rainer Behr, Raffaella Giordano, Ramón Oller, Christine Fricker, Bernd Uwe Marszan), composers, and directors (Theodoros Terzopoulos, Tadashi Suzuki, Maria Gyparaki, Jean-Pierre Vincent, Claudia Stavisky, Ariel Garcia Valdès, Bernhard Bub, Arthur H). She has been invited, as a choreographer, actress, or educator in France (Centre National de la Danse, several choreographic centers CCN) and internationally (Brazil, Canada, Greece, Slovakia, Italy, Japan, Peru, Argentina, Germany, Serbia, Chile, France, Sweden, South Korea, Romania).
Since 2015 Nina works as a choreographer in Paris along with the director Emmanuel Demarcy-Mota and the Théâtre de la Ville company in performances such as “Alice et autres merveilles,” “Alice traverse le miroir,” and “Les Sorcières de Salem.” Also, she takes part in cultural and social activities of Théâtre de la Ville as a member of its Troupe de l'Imaginaire. From 2012 onwards Nina has been creating a collaborative bridge with Far East (Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macao) by providing artworks and activities with peace and natural environment protection as their subject matter.
