Meia Wippoo

Meia Wippoo is a creative advisor & strategist, experienced in concept development, process facilitation and programme design for social innovation. Over the years she has trained designers, public servants, teachers, community workers and policy makers in co-creation and design thinking, whilst developing methodologies, tools and educational content.

As the lead of Waag's Co-creation Lab she developed the co-creation navigator to make co-creation accessible to others. This included connecting principles of team building and behavioural sciences to design approaches. Meia worked within the lab with a variety of societal contexts and with a diverse group of people.

Meia has a background in media-design, art and education, and is currently employed by the Dutch Ministry of Social Affairs and Employment as Advisor Issue Management. She is also a guest lecturer and teaches design thinking and co-creation at various art academies and universities.
