Matina Kanaki

Matina Kanaki is a founding member and manager of MADE GROUP, and she works as an independent Consultant for Sustainable Development, Rural Reconstruction, Social Innovation, Cultural & Creative industries (CCIs). She is a member of MADE GROUP Co (since 2017), NGO KEAN-Cell of Alternative Youth Activities (since 2014), Research & Administrative Assistant of ELONtech-European Law Observatory on New Technologies, to use new technologies to create sustainable value for common good.

For many years, she worked as an Adult Educator (Lifelong Learning) for the Ministry of Education and Religious Affairs, as an Advisor at the Ministry of Rural Development and Food, as an Advisor on Local Government Development Companies, on the National Chamber Network of Women Entrepreneurs, and The European Parliament (EP), as well as counselling centres and civil society organisations, for sustainable development, agriculture and environment issues, smart villages/cities, and for the Rehabilita. She is a certified Early Warning Europe SMEs Mentor. She was awarded at the 6th European Forum on Social Entrepreneurship for her innovative services in the Social Economy Sector and for empowering SCEs in Greece.

She holds an MSc in "Environmental & Ecological Engineering", University of the Aegean & T. Agriculture and works as an while collaborating with various organizations.
