Marisha Triantafyllidou

Marisha Triantafyllidou was born in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, grew up in Thessaloniki and currently lives in Athens. She is a graduate of the National Theatre of Northern Greece Drama School. She has worked in the theater as an actress, playwright, and translator, as well as in film and television as an actress. She has collaborated with directors such as Costa-Gavras, Panos H. Koutras, Angela Schanelec, Nikos Labôt, Argyris Papadimitropoulos, Syllas Tzoumerkas, Christos Passalis, Nikos Karathanos, Thomas Moschopoulos, Pigi Dimitrakopoulou, and Christoforos Papakaliatis. She has received awards in Greece and internationally for her roles in the films “Walk” (Stella Kyriakopoulos) and “Her Job” (Nikos Labôt). In recent years, she has taught at the Drama School of the National Theatre of Greece and private drama schools. She is a member of the European Film Academy (EFA) and the Board of the Hellenic Film Academy.
