Katerina Zachou

Katerina Zachou is a museologist and a cultural manager based in Venice. She is Associate Curator of the Biennale of Western Balkans, while also collaborating with the European Cultural Centre of Italy on exhibition projects and cultural events. She holds an MA in Museology and Cultural Management from the School of Architecture, Faculty of Engineering, AUTh, and a BA in Greek Philology from School of Philosophy, University of Ioannina. She has received grants for programs and exchanges, among them the NEON Curatorial Exchange. Among others, she has participated in publication projects and has implemented educational programs in museums and cultural institutions. Part of her interests are visual anthropology, food sociology, and cultural geography.
