Joseph O. Legaspi is the author of the poetry collections “Threshold” and “Imago,” both from CavanKerry Press; and three chapbooks: “Postcards” (Ghost Bird Press), “Aviary, Bestiary” (Organic Weapon Arts; winner of The Blair Prize), and “Subways” (Thrush Press).
He is a recipient of fellowships from the Fulbright Foundation, New York Foundation for the Arts, and a Global Filipino Literary Award. He co-founded and currently serves on the board of Kundiman, a non-profit organization serving generations of writers and readers of Asian American literature.
