Ioannis Rigas

Ioannis lives and bikes in Athens, Greece. He has graduated from the Faculty of Philosophy, Pedagogy, and Psychology, University of Athens, and acquired a master’s degree on Gender and Media from the University of Sussex, UK. A member of ‘Deleuze and Guattari’ group, Ioannis is a translator and trainee queer psychotherapist. Recent publications (in Greek) include “Deleuze, Guattari, Feminism, and Queer” published in “Misfit” magazine and “Psychoanalysis and Queering Psychoanalysis,” a contribution to a collected volume on LGBTQI-related issues, mental health, and resilience.
