Guiomar Espiñeira

Guiomar Espiñeira studied flute with Prof. Miguel Ángel Angulo (Musikene, San Sebastián), Prof. Moshe Aron Epstein (Hamburg) and Prof. Jorge Caryevschi (Zwolle). Additionally she participated at master courses, amongst others, with Robert Dick, Carin Levine, Magdalena Martínez, Jaime Martín, Álvaro Octavio Díaz and Emmanuele Ophelé. Her repertoire encompasses music from all stylistic varieties of classical music. She is a member of orchestras such as Bilbao Philarmonia, "Orquesta Sinfónica de Euskadi", and "Orquesta Sinfónica de Bilbao", "young Orchestra of the Basks". From 2006 until 2009 she received a stipend of "Diputación de Vizcaya". Since 2009 she holds a scholarship of the Yehudi-Menuhin-Stiftung. Currently she is studying as a postgraduate at Liceo Konservatorium Barcelona with Prof. Julia Gallego. Since 2009 she is a member of Intégrales.
