cORNIzA

Krystallia Theodorou (aka cORNIzA) is a young musician based in Athens. She studied piano and advanced theory, and she is also a theatrologist. In 2015, she circulated her first LP, “cORNIzA’s Noise” (Imantas Records), an ambient electronica piece that draws heavily on the oeuvre of classical composers. She works with different music genres and on various side projects, while she is also a member of the Danish ensemble “Kokoro Project,” initiated by Danish musician Per Bloch. She has performed in various events in Athens and has worked in theater and film, contributing with original music and sound design. This time, she will accompany an audiovisual show with improvisations based on hardware (synths, looper, drum machine) and vocals.
