Andy Sheen

Andy Sheen is a creative technologist specializing in installations, products and workshops, with a focus on creating interactive experiences with technologies. Sheen has worked with artists, designers, researchers and brands around the world, with work being presented at London Design Festival, the Museum of Arts and Design in New York, BBC Proms at the Royal Albert Hall and the E3 Expo in Los Angeles.

Sheen studied music computing at Goldsmiths, University of London, with his work often situated at the intersection of design, sound art and electrical engineering. He also founded technology consultancy VAST with Mike Vanis and currently holds the position of senior research fellow in the Interaction Research Studio at Northumbria University, creating open-source self-built projects including DIY wildlife cameras, RFID bird trackers and design research tools.
