Casting Call | Bérénice by Romeo Castellucci at Onassis Stegi
You can find yourself alongside Isabelle Huppert within the stage setting of Romeo Castellucci.
Romeo Castellucci directs Isabelle Huppert and fourteen men in a monologue freely inspired to Racine’s “Bérénice.”
For the needs of this production, Onassis Stegi is looking for twelve men, aged 35 to 65, between 175 and 185 cm tall, to join the eminent Italian director’s play on the Onassis Stegi Main Stage. You do not need to worry about learning your lines by heart, as you will not have to say anything. No previous experience or familiarity with theater and dance is required, just a good sense of movement and/or dance and being physically fit. All participants are required to have short hair, no tattoos, and be English-speaking, as the director and production crew will communicate with them during rehearsals. A fee will be provided to all participants.
If you want to be a part of Castellucci’s staggering universe, send us a short text introducing yourself, along with a full-body photo and a close-up of your face.
