Orgamites: An educational webinar for all supported by the Onassis Foundation
Α world full of life-saving superheroes
On Tuesday, October 20th at 18:30 (UTC+2) the Onassis Foundation in collaboration with the Hellenic National Transplant Organization and the help of specialized doctors, co-present the online webinar about organ donation. Starting from the body and the solid organs, and expanding to the notion of transplantation and organ shortage, every sensitive point of discussion becomes simple with some help from the “Orgamites.”
Parents, educators, and health professionals enter the unseen world of the human body, they learn the secrets of the way solid organs function, and they get acquainted with the notion of organ donation – before kids do.
Having the coordinators of the Hellenic National Transplant Organization and specialized doctors as their guides, and using the “Orgamites” group of characters as a vehicle, they first learn themselves, in order to then educate the younger generations to love their bodies and to open the discussion on organ donation, thus choosing to change the world.
An online educational webinar for all adults that are called to teach all about organ donation to the younger generation.
