Alzheimer awareness conference at Onassis Stegi
He might not remember it tomorrow, but this doesn't mean that he cannot have fun today.
September is dedicated to dementia and Alzheimer. In the framework of World Alzheimer's Month we become part of the effort, in an awareness conference organized by Alzeheimer Athens at Onassis Stegi, with the support of the Onassis Foundation, on September 18, 2019. Because everyday life for someone suffering from some form of dementia is extremely difficult with one in two patients not feeling part of the community in which they live, due both biological and societal barriers.
